DESCRIPTION:An exciting $4 million\, two-phase renovation improving accessibility and modernizing the Fonthill Branch is getting underway this year! \nPhase One ($1.5 million): Fully funded by the Town of Pelham\, Phase One includes a new accessible entrance with sliding doors\, new washrooms—\nincluding the addition of universal washroom\, and a refurbished and expanded program room. \nPhase Two ($2.5 million): The second phase includes the installation of an elevator to open access to the basement and add 3\,000 square feet of public space on the main floor. Fundraising\nfor Phase Two is underway.
