As you sit in chairs, release your stress and relax as Marcia leads you through a number of different types of meditation and creative visualizations.
Please bring a pen and a notebook.
For beginners and more experienced levels.

- Program fees are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled or rescheduled by Lincoln Pelham Public Library.
