Two self-serve holds pickup lockers are available at the Maple Acre Branch in Fenwick. The lockers can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The lockers are located behind Maple Acre to the right of the back entrance. Parking is available in the municipal lot, which can be accessed from Canboro Road or Maple Street.
To place a hold:
In the library catalogue, under “Pickup Location,” select Maple Acre Locker Thing 1 (21 spaces). If all spaces are full when the item arrives, staff may change the pickup location to Maple Acre Locker Thing 2 (9 spaces).
You will be notified by phone or email when a hold is ready for pickup. The locker your requested item is in will be on the hold notice. Holds will be available for three business days.
To pick up a hold:
Scan your library card and retrieve your item(s) from the designated locker.
Please note:
- A library card is required to open the lockers.
- Use of the lockers is limited to Lincoln and Pelham residents.
- Some items may not be available for pickup at the lockers due to size restrictions.
