Guided Meditation

Join local Reiki master Alison Bastarache for an introduction to meditation, followed by a gentle guided practice.

Alison is a Reiki Master teacher with more than 10 years experience working with clients and teaching Reiki certifications and workshops. Alison believes that no matter where we are on our healing journey, we can always enhance our well-being.

Wear comfortable clothing – water bottle optional – no previous meditation experience required.

Recommended for ages 13 and up.

• Program fees are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled or rescheduled by Lincoln Pelham Public Library.

• Your attendance at Lincoln Pelham Public Library programs may be digitally recorded through photographs or video recordings. These images/videos may be posted on our website, on social media outlets, or local publications. No individual identification will be used unless the Library has obtained express consent. 
• LPPL welcomes donations so we can continue to offer free and low-cost programs. You can donate at any LPPL branch or online here.
