Learn to create an easy balance of fresh vegetables, whole grains, and fermented dishes to sustain us in the year’s most spontaneous season – summer, including shopping tips, prepping and creating dishes, how to get the kids involved, and how to eat well, even with the busiest summer schedule.

Presented by Lynn Ogryzlo, food writer, cookbook author, and holistic nutritionist.
