Mindful Meditation with Lindsay (DROP IN)

Mental anchoring is a tool that can be used to become more mindful, help break negative thought patterns, and reach a more peaceful state of mind naturally. By developing a mental “anchor” you can reduce fear and worry, bringing your emotions back into balance just like an anchor on a boat.
Join us as we learn about the four-step process using the techniques created by Michael Carroll, founder and course director of the Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Academy.
Following the presentation enjoy a relaxing guided meditation focusing of breathwork.
