Meeting spaces can be rented for meetings, workshops, etc. Not to be rented for private events such as birthday parties.

Insurance is needed for all meeting room rentals. This can be provided as a certificate naming the Lincoln Pelham Public Library Board and the Corporation of the Town of either Lincoln or Pelham (depending on what municipality the booking is for). If the renter does not have insurance, it can be purchased through the library.

Room rentals, once finalized, can be rescheduled one time only.
