Explore the Memory Lab, an exciting new space to preserve the past for the future, with specialized equipment for scanning, converting, and enhancing film and photographs.
At the Memory Lab, community members can:
-convert 8 mm film, Super 8 film, VHS, slides, photo negatives, and photos to a digital format
-print photos
-restore/improve the quality of old photographs
-design family trees
While the equipment is free to use, people must supply their own media storage device (ie. USB, DVD, etc). No library card is required (but always encouraged!).
To get started, book an appointment online.
The Memory Lab is made available for community use through the generous support of the Rittenhouse Trust.
